Shenyuann has CNC machinery for customizing the prototype or production tools and making the copper heads for texture finishes. Our design team is experienced in the use of 2D and 3D softwares. The CAD drawing is created and the program code is created for the CNC machine to understand that essentially controls all features like feed rate, coordination, location and speeds. With CNC machining, the computer can control exact positioning and velocity. The program is done by Shenyuann's highly experienced tooling design team.
