DOUBLE INJECTION
Shenyuann specializes in plastic double injection molding and overmolding. We have the technology, machinery, and capacity for our highly experienced, dedicated human resources to manufacture the best quality custom-designed products. This molding technology allows a component to have at least 2 different colors or 2 materials bonded together by the injection molding process. The enhanced bonding between the materials improves the product's tearing tolerance, waterproof function, and cosmetics. Double injection molding can be the better alternative compared to traditional assembly process, and adds to more versatility to component designs. Shenyuann is experienced in double injection mold development, and commonly uses many different combinations of resins to give components better strength, waterproof capability, and cosmetic appeal. We also specializes in other unique processes called In-mold assembly, which gives the double injected component the function of a movable joint feature, without any assembly required! Indexing Plate is also another specialized double injection, in which the cavity-side and core-side of the component can have different features for both injections.
