We can evaluate other resin options before tooling kickoff, because we have previously worked with a wide range of different materials: PC, ABS, nylon, POM, TPU, etc.

The plastic injection machine on site can accommodate molding up to 320 tons tools, with well-trained operators working shifts 24 hours per day. Shenyuann has continue to invest a lot in testing equipment to meet the test requirements of customer products. Shenyuann has accumulated many validation equipment for customers to gather testing results fast. Our equipment simulate the conditions that the parts might encounter depending on their surroundings to ensure durability. On site testing for function use is a valuable asset, as it also forecasts product quality, reliability, and life expectancy.
Upon receiving initial CAD drawing, Shenyuann's engineers and sales team will provide fast feedback on tooling design and quotation. Apart from commonly seen double injection molding techniques, we specialize in in-mold assembly for parts with movable joint feature, and indexing plate for allowing alternative designs on cavity/core sides. Customers need not be concerned about the status of tool even if production is not planned, because our factory has dedicated storage, routine maintenance, and keep track of remaining tooling life.
