PRODUCTION MOLD
Shenyuann has the experiences and capabilities to make design concepts to efficient production of finished product, with reduced lead time at competitive prices. We specialize in making molds for single injection, double injection, insert molding, three-plated tool, indexing plate feature, etc. Upon receiving initial CAD drawing, Shenyuann's engineers and sales team will provide fast feedback on tooling design and quotation. Our tooling design team uses softwares such as Pro-E, AutoCad, and can provide mold flow analysis and DFM in English. We can evaluate other resin options before tooling kickoff, because we have previously worked with a wide range of different materials: PC, ABS, nylon, POM, TPU, etc. Apart from commonly seen double injection molding techniques, we specialize in in-mold assembly for parts with movable joint feature, and indexing plate for allowing alternative designs on cavity/core sides. Customers need not be concerned about the status of tool even if production is not planned, because our factory has dedicated storage, routine maintenance, and keep track of remaining tooling life. We maintain all tools in good conditions at our factory until customers confirm to scrap.
