Shenyuann provides high-quality custom single injection molding for plastic parts along with very low costs and fast production. Single injection molds are made in-house with the best appropriate materials and mass production efficiency is maximized by our highly experienced tool makers. The single injection machine on site can accommodate molding up to 320 tons tools. For over 25 years, Shenyuann has worked with a wide range of resin types from many sources: PC, ABS, PA, PBT, TPR, TPU, PMMA, POM, etc. Shenyuann also specializes in insert molding with metal or plastic parts.
