Over the years Shenyuann has continue to invest a lot in testing equipment to meet the test requirements of customer products. Shenyuann has accumulated many validation equipment for customers to gather testing results fast. Customers don't need to wait for parts to arrive in another location with the proper equipment, or work with third party to complete testing. We often receive requests from customers for on site testing: random vibration, temperature/humidy, thermal shock, durability, waterproof, and shock resistance. Vibration testing is often used to test consumer electronics components for automotive and outdoors products, and other products that may be exposed to vibration in the real world conditions. Simulating vibration conditions can help us learn the limit and reaction of products, and making sure improvements for quality and safety can be made before entering the market. Thermal Shock testing is used to simulate sudden temperature changes on products to see if it can withstand the stress of rapid temperature changes from extreme cold to extreme hot environments. Customers can learn if the product can maintain the function and quality in various environments around the world or during the deliver from manufacturer to end user. Our capability to allow testing on site significantly reduce the time in the development stage, because functional issues can be identified early and re-validate follow-up actions. Our equipment simulate the conditions that the parts might encounter depending on their surroundings to ensure durability. On site testing for function use is a valuable asset, as it also forecasts product quality, reliability, and life expectancy, which gives customers great confidence moving to the next development stage. Shenyuann takes product testing very seriously to identify problems early, because it's also our best interest to have no unexpected problems during mass production. Environmental testing is used to simulate the effects of temperature and humidity conditions including steady state or cycling of extreme conditions on a variety of components or products. Whether you need to perform accelerated stress testing to find product flaws or store your product under temperature and humidity conditions for long term accelerated aging testing, we have the in-house capabilities you require. Shenyuann has invested a lot of validation equipment for customers to test semi-finished parts onsite before shipping out.
TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY CHAMBER (customizable with Z-axis Vibration):
Temperature -40~150C. Humidity 20%~98% RH. Simulation of prolonged high and low temperature/humidity conditons to determine if product will be altered and affect dimensions, strength, function, or cosmetics. Many sub-assembly parts, especially with soft rubber and adhesive, may deform or loose adhesiveness from temperature/humidity during delivery by sea or air. Making sure the product quality won't degrade before reaching final assembly destination will reduce the cost of defects. A vibration machine can also be combined with the temperature/humidity chamber, and conduct tests to add the parts moving factor.
3-AXIS VIBRATION MACHINE:
Vibration simulation is essential for testing if product will be affected under real outdoor moving conditions such as on automobile or motorcycle. Test types SINE, RANDOM, SINE on RANDOM, RANDOM on RANDOM, RESONANCE SEARCH.
THERMAL SHOCK TESTER:
Thermal shock testing simulates products to experience sudden temperature changes. For example, during transport by air or sea, extreme high and low temperatures may cause damage. Temperature Range: -55 ~ 150. Chamber Dimensions: 60 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm
DROP TEST MACHINE:
Max 5kg. Width 15~220mm. Height 400~2000mm. For testing drop impact of mobile phones, batteries, PDA, digital camera and other hand-held communications and IT product.
WATERPROOF TESTER:
Although Shenyuann perform 100% air seal test for waterproof function on assembly line, it is also important to verify with real water tests before the final assembly. The water tester first raise air pressure while product is out of water. The water tester can simulate IPX7 (1 meter under water) and IPX8 ( 50 meters under water).
MOISTURE RATE TESTER:
Routine inspection of moisture content in plastic resin and moulded parts ensures the quality will not be affected.
VERTICAL TENSILE TESTER:
The maximum pull force can be tested to determine if the part will have enough strength to withstand external forced. The force gauge has high accuracy of ±0.2%F.S. and ±0.1%F.S. of repeatable accuracy. And also performs extremely high resolution, such as a 1kgf capable device can indicate minimum 0.1gf (1/10000 resolution). The maximum load is 100 kgf.
HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE MONITOR:
Analyze plastic parts for hazardous metallic materials.
COLOR ASSESSMENT:
The color assessment cabinet can simulate various lighting conditions.
