From receiving parts' 3D CAD, our Sales teamwork closely with our Engineering team to develop instant quotation and provide technical feedback before tooling production. Our tooling design team uses software such as Pro-E, AutoCAD, Moldex 3D to provide mold flow analysis and DFM in English. Our engineering team provides great technical support and sales team develops timely quotations. Shenyuann provides low-cost, high-quality custom injection molding for plastic parts. Our factory utilizes a wide range of molding machinery and specializes in single injection, double injection, and insert molding. Currently our facility is capable to making tool for up to 320 ton injection machines.

Shenyuann has been moulding parts for GPS device/accessory, outdoor camera/accessory, wearables, Iphone cover, etc. We are always continuing to accumulate more experiences in making different types of products, and to expand factory resources such as acquiring LSR molding. Customers have great communications with our highly experienced technical personnels, including project managers, mold designers, quality technicians, toolmakers. Shenyuann also offers post-molding cosmetic finishes, such as printing, painting, plating, and has assembly lines to provide a finished product for delivery. The laboratory for product validation is an important asset for customers to reduce the time required in the product development stage and obtain confident quickly to move towards mass production.
