LSR
Shenyuann's newest investment is the injection molding equipment for Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR). Unlike conventional injection parts, LSR parts are formed through an injection-molding process in which the resin delivery system is cooled and the mold is heated. A thermoset process mixes a two-component compound together, and then heat cured in the mold with a platinum catalyst to produce a final part. LSR parts have high elastical and physical properties to withstand extreme temperatures, and good thermal, chemical and electrical resistance. LSR parts are biocompatible and are very suitable for products that have skin contacts. These advantages contributes well in automotive, medical and outdoor sports industries, typically in the form of seals, gaskets, valves and cables. Shenyuann recognizes the growing potential for the competitiveness for this process, and have been continuing to expand our resources and experience.
