PROTOTYPE MOLD
Shenyuann produce rapid prototype molds for plastic injection molding for low-volumes in early project development stage, for the purpose of design and functional verification before mass production. Due to lower material cost and quick build, prototype mold is a also favorable option for customers looking for a good way validate new design modifications without impacting the production mold. Prototype mold can produce the same type of parts as a production mold, but the tooling life limit is 10,000 molds, due to the lower-cost for raw materials. Upon receiving initial CAD drawing, Shenyuann's engineers and sales team will provide fast feedback on tooling design and quotation. Our tooling design team uses softwares such as Pro-E, AutoCad, and can provide mold flow analysis and DFM in English. Even if customers do not provide production demand, Shenyuann still maintain all tools in good conditions at our factory, until customers confirm to scrap.
